Plain version: use Nylo, enjoy it, do not do anything illegal with it. It is made by one person and it is not perfect. Cancel whenever you want.

Who makes this

Nylo is made by Shreyan Narula. Using the app means you are fine with what is written here.

What you can expect

Nylo reads your screenshots and tries to pull out the useful part. It gets things right most of the time and it will sometimes get things wrong — it might miss a date or read a code oddly. Please check anything that matters before you rely on it. It is a helper, not a guarantee.

What you should not do

• Do not use Nylo to break the law or to store things you have no right to.
• Do not try to pull the app apart, resell it, or pretend it is yours.

Paying for it

Some parts of Nylo need a subscription. If there is a free trial and you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise it renews until you cancel.

Everything about billing is handled by Apple. You can see, change or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time, and refunds are Apple's to give. Prices can change in future, and you will be told before that affects you.

Your things are yours

Whatever you save in Nylo belongs to you. It sits on your device and I never see it.

Where it stands legally

Nylo is provided as it is. I have built it carefully and I test it properly, but I cannot promise it will never have a bug or never lose something. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for anything that follows from using it. Please keep your own copy of anything you truly cannot lose.

Stopping

You can delete the app whenever you like and everything goes with it. If someone is using Nylo to cause harm, I may stop them using it.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
